  1. Non-tangible irreversible goods (“Digital products”): After an order is confirmed and the product is shipped, we are unable to give refunds for non-tangible irreversible goods (“digital products”).
  2. If you encounter any problems downloading or obtaining our items, we advise getting in touch with us for support. Get in touch with us if you have any problems.
  3. No refunds, adjustments, or credit notes will be issued in cases where false information regarding medical history, fitness, or medical illness has been provided to the counsellor, agent, or company representative during course selection or admission.
  4. Students can commence their batch within three months from the payment date. No refund requests will be entertained for student delays. A credit note may be issued to avail of the same services within the next three months from the payment date, provided the full course/service fee has been paid.
